| Expansion / Flexible duct connections We also provide a complete line of intake and discharge flexible thermal and vibration isolation expansion joints. As Fans and Blowers are dynamic/ rotating machines a correct installation method would be to completely isolate the blower from connecting duct work through flexible / expansion / isolation connectors, as to prevent weight of duct, elbow or accessory from imposing stress on blower. Also will prevent mechanical fan vibration, if present, from transmitting into duct system. | |

Variable Speed Controls: Digital Programmable, AC variable speed / variable frequency drive / motor controllers available for speed range adjustment of all Fans and Blowers. Use of adjustable frequency controllers saves energy during non-peak usage and offers PLC input from 4 to 20 ma signal to adjust blower speed to suit process application demand. AC variable speed drives are advantageous over damper control as speed range is infinitely adjustable with no imposing left of peak unstable blower operating condition. |
