Series 500

Non-Metallic Flexible Fan Connectors

The Proco non-metallic connectors are designed to match inlet and outlet flanges of most industrial fan manufactures and are in: Ventilating Systems, Industrial Process Ducting Systems, Power Generating Plant Fan Systems, and Water/Waste Water Odor Control Systems. Our Series 500 products are manufactured per customer specifications are available for shipment three (3) weeks after customer approval of drawings. Quicker shipments are available based on customer need. The Proco Fan Connectors come in a variety of elastomers such as Butyl, EPDM, Hypalon^®, Neoprene and Viton^®. The Series 500 non-metallic connectors are available in U-Designs, Arch-Designs and W-Designs. Each style comes in round and rectangular sizes and offers different movement and pressure ratings to fit required specifications.

Special Neoprene Molded Flexible Connectors with Integral Molded Flanges and 304SS Backing Bars furnished by FanAir to US Navy. Joints per US MIL-R-5855 specifications.  Connectors allow expansion and dampen vibration between VaneAxial Fans and duct system on Navy Ship .

Additional Features and Benefits:

• Style 520: Known as a U-Type, this integrally flanged non-metallic connector is found in most fan applications where standard movements are required and where vibration and sound absorbtion is needed.
  
• Style 530: Known as an Arch-Type, this integrally flanged non-metallic connector is found in applciations where large movements and short overall lengths are required. The Style 530 is designed with a high profile molded arch, giving it exceptional movement capabilities.
  
• Style 540: Known as a W-Type, this integrally flanged non-metallic connector is found in applications where large movements are required. The style 540 is designed with a molded radius allowing for greater movement capability and should be used when the U-Type (Style 520) does not meet movement specifications.
  
• Style 190K: Known as a Navy Fan Connector, this integrally flanged non-metallic connector is manufactured of 3/16" thk polyester fabric reinforced neoprene MIL-R- 6855, Class 2, Durometer 40. The Style 190-K Navy Fan Connector can be manufactured in U-Type or Arch-Type configurations depending upon application requirements.
