Non-Metallic Flexible Fan and Blower Duct Connectors
The non-metallic Flexible Duct connectors are designed to match inlet and outlet flanges of most industrial fan manufactures and are in: Ventilating Systems, Industrial Process Ducting Systems, Power Generating Plant Fan Systems, and Water/Waste Water Odor Control Systems.  The Expansion Joints and Connectors are available in a variety of elastomers such as  EPDM, Neoprene and Viton. Our Flexible Duct Connectors are available in U-Designs, Arch-Designs and W-Designs.  Either type are available in round and rectangular sizes and offer various movement and pressure ratings to suit intended applications and service..

Special Neoprene Molded Flexible Connectors with Integral Molded Flanges and 304SS Backing Bars furnished by FanAir to US Navy. Joints per US MIL-R-5855 specifications.  Connectors allow expansion and dampen vibration between VaneAxial and Centrifugal Fans and duct system on Navy Ship . Additional Features and Benefits:

• U-Type, are integrally flanged non-metallic connector is found in most fan and blower applications where standard movements are required and where vibration and sound absorption is needed.
• Arch-Type, are integrally flanged non-metallic connector is found in applciations where large movements and short overall lengths are required. The Style 530 is designed with a high profile molded arch, giving it exceptional movement capabilities.
• W-Type, are integrally flanged non-metallic connector is found in applications where large movements are required. W type are designed with a molded radius allowing for maximum movement capability.
• Navy Fan Connectors.  Integrally flanged non-metallic connectors are manufactured using 3/16" thick polyester fabric reinforced neoprene MIL-R- 6855, Class 2, Durometer 40. The Navy Fan Connectors can be manufactured in U-Type or Arch-Type configurations depending upon application requirements.
