High Efficiency, Non-Overloading Backwardly Inclined Blowers designed and constructed to deliver large volume of air at  medium to high static pressure quietly and efficiently.  Utilizing 'Backwardly Inclined' centrifugal impellers,  the "BI" Blowers are best suited for process gas handling applications.   Backward inclined blowers can be constructed in Aluminum, Stainless Steel and or coated with a wide range of corrosion / chemical resistant protective coatings.   Backward Inclined Blowers can be belt driven, direct coupled or close coupled.    At direct drive 'motor' speed, Backward inclined blowers may also be ordered with special narrow width impellers.

Acoustically insulated Backwardly Inclined SWSI, Arrangement 9 blower, designed for low noise dust collection system in Irvine, Calif..   The insulated housing shown will reduce the noise level radiated from the blower up to -15 dB "A".  Additionally this fan was furnished with an Aeroacoustic Corp., discharge silencer and overall noise level was reduced to -20 dB "A" at 5 feet.

Thermally insulated Backwardly Inclined SWSI, Arrangement 8 blower, used to pull 600F exhaust gas (induced draft) for a thermal oxidizer to be used in a solvent recovery application.
