Commercial Fans and Blowers

Axial Fans – Vaneaxial and TubeaxialHeavy duty industrial solid welded Axial fans incorporating very high efficiency cast aluminum airfoil and fabricated steel impellers. Vaneaxial fans utilize close tolerance precision turning vanes to attain the highest efficiency – lowest horsepower available in the industry. Both belt drive and direct drive models are available and all fans are suited for horizontal or vertical mounting. Options include: roof curbs, curb caps, stack heads, wind band dampers and local safety disconnect switches.

Inline Centrifugal Blowers – BI and AF
Heavy duty industrial solid welded Inline Centrifugal fans incorporating high efficiency - quiet non-overloading backward inclined and airfoil impellers. Inline centrifugals have the advantages of high flow and pressure capabilities while utilizing centrifugal impellers and having a space saving inline configuration. Both belt drive and direct drive models are available and all fans are suited for horizontal or vertical mounting. Options include: variable inlet vane dampers, roof curbs, curb caps, stack heads, wind band dampers and local safety disconnect switches.

Panel Venturi Fans Heavy duty exhaust and supply air fans, for high volume low pressure wall mounted installations. Fans are available with high efficiency fixed and adjustable pitch cast aluminum airfoil impellers, fabricated steel smooth inlet venturi with choice of coatings. Options include belt and direct drive units, automatic and motorized dampers, wall collars, safety screens, filter racks, starters and local disconnect switches.

Up Blast Roof Ventilators Powerful, efficient and quiet roof mounted exhaust fans, fabricated in all welded coated steel with high efficiency cast aluminum airfoil propellers set in uniform clearance venturi intake. Designed for high volume exhaust air for plant ventilation requirements. Options include: choice of 3 impeller designs, belt and direct drive, windband / back draft dampers, access doors, insulated roof curbs, hinged access / swingout construction, disconnect switches, and special coatings.

Powerful, efficient and quiet roof mounted exhaust fans, fabricated in all welded coated steel with high efficiency cast aluminum airfoil propellers set in uniform clearance venturi intake. Designed for high volume supply and exhaust air for plant ventilation requirements. Options include: choice of 3 impeller designs, belt and direct drive, filter racks for supply fans, access doors, insulated roof curbs, access doors, disconnect switches, and special coatings.

Portable Mancoolers and Spot coolers . We offer a complete line of heavy duty industrial portable recirculation blowers with adjustable discharge position. 10 sizes available with flow ranges from 1625 CFM up to 100,000 CFM. For spot cooling, the Hy Velocity Air Jet and Air Quench Fans utilize heavy duty axial fan design with adjustable discharge nozzle and inport for pressurized water spray nozzles. Designed for use on extruders, casting process, or any application requiring rapid cooling of parts.

Forward Curved Blowers Applications: General supply and exhaust air, fumes, smoke, gas, vapors. These fans are very quiet and efficient, compact and cost effective.

Expansion / Flexible duct connections We also provide a complete line of intake and discharge flexible thermal and vibration isolation expansion joints. As Fans and Blowers are dynamic/ rotating machines a correct installation method would be to completely isolate the blower from connecting duct work through flexible / expansion / isolation connectors, as to prevent weight of duct, elbow or accessory from imposing stress on blower. Also will prevent mechanical fan vibration, if present, from transmitting into duct system.

Acoustic Silencers Heavy duty industrial intake and discharge noise silencers available when ever noise and sound are objectionable. Fans and Blowers are dynamic and inherently generate noise. Use of an intake or discharge silencer will lower overall noise level in order to comply with OSHA, city and state ordinance.
